Please head in to pick up your order after about 15-20 minutes of submission. For 5 plates or more, please allow about 30-45minutes to fulfill your order. Prep times vary depending on Low/High Business Volume.

No text reminders will be sent so please head to the pickup counter for your order with your credit/debit card for verification.

An 18% service fee will be charged for all orders with 10 or more plates at the time of pick up.

Upon Pick-Up, we suggest you check your order thoroughly in store. If any plate and/or order does not reflect the original ticketed order, or it is not up to quality standards, we will be happy to remake the plate in exchange for the wrong plate. Plate exchanges and/or refunds must be made in-store, on the same day of purchase and items must be returned at least 85% full.

Our location said goodbye to Smart Online (our in store pickup online ordering platform) and soon will be welcoming a fresh, new platform .

-Smart Online is retired here: While our location has moved on from Smart Online, you can still place orders through the Roxy’s App at our sister locations.
-Get Ready for a Smooth Ride: With our new online platform, placing orders will be as easy as a gentle island breeze. Once we go live the link will be available for our location at www.RoxysIslandGrill.com
As we make this transition, we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. We’re working hard to make sure everything’s in place, and before you know it, our new platform will be live and ready for you to enjoy.
